Cancellations must be made in
writing no less than 30 days before the event date, then 50%
of your entry fee will be refunded. Then up to 10 days before
the event 25% will be refunded. After 10 days before the event
we operate a strict no refund policy.
Competition rules will be included
in the race information which you will receive approximately
10 days before the event.
Minimum age 7 years on the day
of the race.
Maximum age 16 years on the
day of the race.
Cycles must be in a road worthy
condition and may be checked prior to the start.
The wearing of an approved cycle
helmet is mandatory.[No helmet no race]
The organisers reserve the right
to alter the format of the event without prior notice, should
the need arise.
Competitors are responsible
for the safe guarding of all clothing and equipment at the
event.
Due to the nature of the event,
we do not take responsibility for any lost property.
